1. Service Description

Hull Site Services LLC ("Company," "we," "us") provides site services, facilities management, knowledge work, and translation services to government agencies, prime contractors, and commercial clients. Services include but are not limited to: construction site support (portable toilets, dumpsters, fencing, temporary offices), commercial janitorial, landscaping, and professional consulting services.

We operate as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and are certified under the Texas VetHUB program.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

3. Service Agreements

Specific services are governed by individual service agreements, purchase orders, or contracts executed between the Company and the client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Service and a specific service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the applicable service agreement or purchase order. Standard payment terms are Net 30 from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. The Company reserves the right to suspend services for accounts more than 60 days past due.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services or website. The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

The Company is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hull Site Services LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Hull Site Services LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the services provided by the Company shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties for a period of thirty (30) days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

9. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the State of Delaware, and the parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

10. Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms of the applicable service agreement. The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our website at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the Company.
